VTX Kitchen is my cottage bakery based in Houston Heights. VTX is a combination of influences from Vermont and Texas; I specialize in breads, pastries and fun flavor combinations like my nori wasabi challah or poblano jam focaccia. I love finding new ingredients at local market and figuring out how to use them in a baked good.
